The 2021 Sunbasket Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Deep garnet-purple colored, it shimmies out with bold, energetic notes of crushed blackberries, fresh mulberries, and red cherries, plus hints of wild thyme, violets, and underbrush. The medium-bodied palate is vivacious and elegantly crafted with firm, fine-grained tannins and bold freshness supporting the bright, shimmery fruit, finishing long and minerally.

The single-varietal 2020 Sunbasket Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is deep garnet-purple in color. Notes of blackcurrant jelly, Morello cherries, and mulberries give way to nuances of lilacs, underbrush, and cracked black pepper. The medium-bodied palate is coated with vivacious black fruit flavors with herbal and savory accents and nice grainy tannins, finishing with bags of brightness and energy.

En forførende ung, frisk og elegant vin med duft mørke bær og søte kryddertoner i tillegg til sedertre og hint av lakris. 
Tanniner var av det milde og runde slaget, munnfølelse medium rund og lengden lang og fruktig. Flott syrestruktur og ditto balanse.

Dufter av solbærsirup, mørke bær bær og lett fatpreg. Fruktig, lettdrikkelig Cabernet fra topp produsent. Tanninene er der, men ikke så markante. Til lam fungerer er det fantastisk!
