Fine wine advisor

The nose is fruity with yellow apples, Pied el sapo, and mango. It is floral with white flowers. It is mineral with limestones. The autolysis is clean and elegant with bread dough and green tea. 

The palate is medium bodied, fruity, fresh and appealing. It is balanced and quite complex. 

The finish is long and acidic. It is nice to drink now but can be aged for another 10 years.

Smakt hos Perrier Jouet. Svært fine bobler. En mineralsk, floral og fruktig champagne med noe aroma fra lagring. Det er smak av pære, nøtter, smørbakst og sitron. Lang ettersmak. En veldig gøyal og god opplevelse.

Cherry, almond, baked lemon, citrus, mango, vanilla, butter, brioche, yellow apple and raspberry. Rich and harmonious with lots of round and almost mature fruit. Very nice balance, great complexity and a smooth long finish.

Dufter av halvfett bakverk, pære, friske plommer, lys blomstereng og sitronskall.
God munnfølelse, fin mousse. Smaker av modne pærer, plommer og en nydelig brioche-finish.

1988 Magnum Perrier-Jouët Champagne Belle Epoque - noen unoter i starten - utviklet seg i riktig retning - rik og fyldig med hvit frukt, pære og hint av honning. Medium syre. Ikke gal. (93-)
