The color is completely dense. The nose is fruity with gooseberries, blackberries and crow-berries. There is also moist forest floor and some mint. It is complex and appealing. 

The palate is full-bodied, intensely fruity, very acidic and with elegant tannins. The finish is long, fruity and structured. 

It’s nice to drink now, and pairs beautifully with different types of meat from 5J Iberico pork. It can still be aged for another 10 years. We recently had Graciano from the same producer which was lovely. This is of course different, but on the same level.
