Pale lemon in colour. Plenty of CO2 in the glass. Intense aromatics shooting up from the glass. Primary aroma characteristics. Smells of white peach, lime juice, lemon zest, slightly floral with crushed stone aromatics. Youthful. Primary taste characteristics. This wine tastes of citrus fruit, lychee, green apple, petroleum, white pepper and peach. 

This wine has an uplifting slight sweetness, mouthwatering high acidity and medium(-) alcohol levels. Full-bodied wine with a high flavour intensity. All coming together with a nice harmonic balance. Good complexity here, the acidity is upfront and needs a couple of years. Electric mouthfeel! Long finish.
