Medium tawny in colour. 

Pronounced aromas of raisins, oak, caramel, roasted hazelnuts, honey, dried and candied orange peel.

Luciously sweet, high acidity, full-bodied, medium alcohol, pronounced intensity.
Long finish.

Fermented slowly for 11(!) years in small oak casks, due to the insanely high sugar content in the grapes. 
65% Trebbiano, 35% Malvasia.
