Masse små boble, høg syre, veldig konsentrert og sitte lenge. Litt smør og starta å få litt moden aroma, men fortsatt ung. Creamy, 25% på eik. Veldig balansert og elegant champagne

Fantastisk flott og vellaget 2008 blanc de blancs. Konsentrert, fruktig, små bobler, kremet, med forsatt godt lagringspotensiale. Særs flott vin. 94++

Yeast, brioche, fizzy candy, raspberry, vanilla, red apple, red currant, salt, butter, lemon, orange, almond, apple, cream, lemon curd, ripe pineapple and perfume. This is really great! Round, rich, harmonious, delicate and creamy. The balance is really nice, it has Wonderfull concentration with a rounded acidity which makes this wine really smooth. Long and fruity aftertaste.
