The nose is fruity against yellow ripe apples, peaches, tangerines and honey. The autolysis is clean and elegant. The palate is full-bodied, fruity and very elegant. It is mature, but there is still no hurry. It is a typical food Champagne, and it would go perfectly with caviar. 94 points.
