Clear, medium lemon in colour. Clean and fresh aroma. Medium intensity on the nose. Primary aroma characteristics. Smells of lemon juice, lime zest, slight beeswax, green apples, green grapes and melon. Youthful. Primary taste characteristics. Tastes of green apples, pears, white melon and loads of lime juice and passion fruit. 

This wine is dry. It’s very refreshing with a zippy high acidity which gives the wine so much energy. The alcohol is medium and pleasantly in the back. This is a medium(+)-bodied wine with a medium(+) flavour intensity. A very nicely balanced riesling with loads of freshness coupled with lovely citrus fruit! It has structure and depth enough to keep it interesting whilst maintaining its freshness at its youth. A long finish length.
