Pale lemon in colour. Refreshing, clean and cutting on the nose. Pronounced aroma, secondary characteristics. Smells of peach, nectarine, lemon zest, butter and smoke. Youthful. Secondary characteristics on the palate. Tastes of green apple, apricot, lemon juice, melon, creamy butter and oak spices. 

This wine is dry with a high acidity. Cool mouthful and very refreshing, this wine is medium-bodied with a medium(+) flavour intensity. Nicely balanced with a good amount of depth. Somewhat lean with a beautiful fruit profile. Refreshing. Long finish.

Medium gold. It smells like apples, minerals, quince and oak. Intense. It’s bone dry and tastes like apples and minerals. Extremely good, but maybe less than expected from some reviews. Enjoyed with bread, cheese, pate and sardines. Nice match.
