A Franciacorta Satin is a metodo classico blanc de blanc (Chardonnay that can be blended with Pinot blanc) with slightly less pressure in the bottle (5 atm), resulting in smaller and more delicate bubbles. This Contadi Castaldi Satin has a great QPR (Contadi Castaldi was founded by Vittorio Moretti, the founder of Bellavista). Notes of apple and brioche in the nose, high acidity, balanced, medium length. A great way to come in contact with Franciacorta Satin
