Fersken og røde bær, nydegorsjert og ung stil. Tørr med bra syrlighet og konsentrert midtparti. Trenger 3-6mnd på å få av seg det ferske preget, lang. Ypperlig til enkel snacks.

Apple, lemon, apple pie, brioche, toast, peach, red fruit, strawberry, cherry, raspberry, caramel, honey, minerals, stone, citrus, lime, almond, cinnamon, passion fruit, mango, perfume and dried flowers. This is an appealing champagne based og pinot noir hrapes, it is quite rich with some body to it. The balance is very good with almost almost no alcohol comming throught and an underlying acidity that gives a great citrus feeling. This is one of those Champagnes that goes with almost everything.
