Fantastisk vin. Strålende på alle måter. Kompleks, noe mer tropisk og sødmefull enn forventet. Alt på plass i en vin.

Green apple, pickled lemon, lime, brioche, lemon curd, butter, caramel, cinnamon, papaya, minerals, salt and honey. What an amazing champagne! High consentration, very much complexity, the balance is spot on for a champagne with real power. Long aftertaste with lots of classic champage notes that developes as it sits in the glass.

 Nutty, butter, cherry, raisin, marzipan, dried fig, caramel, white chocolate, dried apricot, citrus, salt, tropical and honey. Very nice matured with lots of developed fruit,  life and acidity. High concentration, very good balance and long powerful aftertaste.

Drukket blindt på smaking. 

Smaker av eplekjeller, autlyse, lett oksidativ, gode mineraler. god syre, kompleks. Litt preg av fat? Lang og pen utgang. tåler lengre tid på langs.
