Medium ruby-purple in color, the 2021 Pinot Noir Bodega Headlands Vineyard Cuvée Elizabeth hits the ground running with the most amazing perfume of violets, cardamom, anise, and lavender, leading to a core of Morello cherries, juicy raspberries, and kirsch. The elegant, medium-bodied palate delivers vibrant fruit with wonderful tension and the most silky tannins, finishing with electric sparks.

Impressively expressive, shimmering and lacy fragrance of violet and red fruits. Lingering taste of the same, with a bit of delicate oak not yet fully integrated, though promising greatness. I’m partial to the sister cuvée myself, however as with all the Kistler family’s, wines, the Elizabeth is very well made, delicious and highly recommended.

Så jævlig bra altså, besnærende, øm og myk, samtidig streng som en bdsm mistress(hva vet jeg ). Vinen er valgt til skrei med rødvinssmør, ikke smakt kombo enda, men mistenker total glæde.
