Excellent, full of energy and grip, love the lift here. Love that here you feel these Bordeaux grapes have a reason for being, they are bringing their own character and intensity, and feel like you are in coastal Tuscany, with dried herbs, fennel spice, raspberry, just a lovely lovely wine. You'd be super happy to open this now, but you can keep it. Higher Merlot than usual in this, and yet the tannins are present, providing a channel for the fruit to go through. 30% new oak, held back for six months in bottle.

Mørk, moden frukt av kirsebær, plomme, solbær og lakris. Balanserte og avrundede taninner, med behagelig syrestruktur som
bærer både alkohol og frukt. Lang, saftig finish med preg av middelhavsurter og fat.

This was a hot year, and as with the main estate wine you feel the generosity of the vintage coming through in an exuberantly supple texture and a blast of underbrush spice. Gathers grip and momentum through the palate, this is an enjoyable wine that holds your interest from beginning to end, with a mouthwatering kick. Approachable with a good few hours in a carafe now. A classic Bordeaux blend coupled with Tuscan generosity. Charcoal, campfire smoke, black fruits and rich spiced mint leaf. Firm tannins and plenty of punch then pulls up on the finish to show attractive freshness and lift, giving a wine that starts with muscle and ends with finesse. Kirsebær, vanilje, pepper, mocca og blomster. En tilgjengelig vin hvor det er en herlig kombo av at den er enkel leskende, men også passe kompleks.
