The nose is very clean, mineral and fruity with green apples, oranges and lemon. The palate is medium-bodied, fruity with more tropical fruit such as apricot, and with high acidity. It is beautifully balanced. The finish is medium long and acidic. It’s lovely now, but could easily be aged for 5+ years.

Expert

The nose is airy, elegant and intensely fruity with green apples, pineapple and lemon. It is also mineral. The palate is medium-bodied, intensely fruity, and acidic in a fine balance. The finish is long and fruity. 

It is lovely now but should be aged for another 5+ years.
