The 2023 Lune d'Argent needs a little shaking to wake up notes of Bosc pears, fresh apples, and coriander seed with wafts of chalk dust and dill seed. The medium-bodied palate delivers a satiny texture and crisp backbone, finishing long and spicy. Nice! The blend is 70% Semillon and 30% Sauvignon Blanc.

Super attractive aromatics, apple blossom and honeysuckle, this is slim and savoury through the palate, with bright and joyful citrus and white peach. Unfussy, easy to recommend.
