Wonderful South-African Pinot from Crystallum, as always. Immediate "Ah yes" response from the wholesome aroma of sour cherries, on top of a complex concoction of earth and spices.  Savoury mouthfeel, with just the right amount of freshness, fruit depth and intensity. Soft tannins in a long finish, accompanied by a licorice-like flavour.
