Bakte sitroner, modne epler, steinfrukt, urter, flint, noe honning og hint av «blyantspiss». Rik, men med en solid syrlig ryggrad. Kompleks og mineralsk vin med salt og lang hale. Noe beskjeden ved åpning, blir stor med litt luft. Fantastisk.

En fantastisk Chardonnay fra Sør-Afrika! Det er en fyldig og kompleks vin med god frukt og lang avslutning. Det er etter min smak en perfekt harmoni mellom syre og sødme og det er en god fedme i vinen. 
På smak er det gule epler, bakt sitron, mineraler med klassiske toner av salt på avslutning. Et av de beste kjøpene jeg har smakt i år.

WSET 2

The nose is intensely fruity with yellow apples, mango, peach, watermelon and tangerines. It is minerally with salt and there is a bit of vanilla and caramel. It is complex and appealing. The palate is rich, velvety, fruity and acidic in a fine balance. The finish is long, acidic and fruity. It is lovely to drink now, but can easily be aged for another 10 years. TW92
