The nose is fruity with green apples, piel de sapo and lemon. It is also very mineral. It is complex and appealing. The palate is medium-bodied, fruity, medium-acidic and nicely balanced. The finish is long and fruity.

 It is of course very primary, but still nice to drink. It can be aged for 10+ years.

Celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2023, Lysverket is a modern Norwegian restaurant, located in the venerable former head quarters of Bergen Lysverker. Run by chef/owner Christopher Haatuft, it was recently awarded its first Michelin star.
