After a little swirling of the 2022 Chardonnay, exuberant notes of juicy pears, Golden Delicious apples, and white peaches jump from the glass, followed by hints of allspice, honeysuckle, and candle wax. The light to medium-bodied palate is crisp and refreshing with a delicate silkiness to the texture and bright, pure, orchard-fruit flavors, finishing long and steely.

The 2021 Chardonnay is quite shy to start off, slowly unfurling to offer up notes of lime blossom, lemon curd, and grapefruit plus touches of blanched almonds, sea spray, and chalk dust. The light to medium-bodied palate is very tightly wound with citrus and chalky layers, supported by a racy backbone, finishing long and minerally.

Halvflaske. 

Først på duft e sitron og forfriskende nada smørpreg. Sitrongress. Gulgrønt eple. Smak følge. Salinitet. Sjøsprøyt. Umiddelbart på tuppen av tunga: Skikkelig digg norsk honning! Absolutt ingen søt vin, men den har samme utvikla lyng/skogs aroma. «Smaka egentlig slik den [nevnte type honning] lukta» sir dama. Enig. Pinjekjerne. Skifer. Så vidt man kan kjenne litt ananas (og syre) og enda såvidtere littere at man kan kjenne gul kiwi. Hvite blomster (påsto e klarte å spesifisere jasmin, men fant d ikke igjen rett etterpå). Personlig fant e ikkje nokke stort av eikelagring i smaken, men i lukta kjente e crème brûlée: karamellisert sukker og vanilje. I ettersmaken kjennes d såvidt litt grønn-te. Et svakt svakt hint av TDN i lukt også, bare gøy å finne egt og sendte me nedover et kaninhull om årsak til d.

Middels+ syre, men føles veldig frisk og spiss samtidig som den kler d på best mulig måte.
Tørr, snakka om honning og karamellisert sukker i smaken, men i selve vinen e d lite.
Ettersmaken går i kategorien middels lang. 

Hadde ettersmaken holdt lenger og syrenivået besto (eller økte) samtidig med bare *litt* mer sukker ville e sagt at d personlig va snakk om en vin opp mot 95pts eller høyere.

Korka lukta forsåvidt litt søtt eller oksidert men d va ingenting gale med vinen.

Servert til ovnsbakt torsk med pesto og sitron, bakte gulrøtte og løk, og kokte potete. Gikk veldig fint ilag.

2015 møter deg med en bamseklem; baktsitrus, karamell, toffe, nøtter, og så frisk gåsehudsyre, lang utgang. Voff voff!

The 2011 Chardonnay, made by Bob Travers, was aged for 18 months with 12 months in French oak. Fragrant notes of lemongrass, chamomile tea, and baked apples spill from the glass, with hints of toasted almonds, white truffle, and wet slate. The light-bodied palate is so elegant and graceful, ageing slowly with well-knit acidity to offset the satiny texture, finishing long and savory.

The 2010 Chardonnay, made by Bob Travers, was aged for 18 months with 12 months in French oak. Wow! It prances out with bold notes of ripe apricots, honeycomb, pear tart, and spice cake followed by hints of candied ginger and jasmine tea with a waft of struck flint. The light-bodied palate is so light on its feet, with energetic pear and apple flavors and spicy nuances supported by a lively line, finishing long and perfumed.
