Deep garnet-purple in color, the 2021 Noisette Cuvee sashays out of the glass with notes of violets, red roses, and fresh juicy blackberries leading to a core of crushed blackcurrants and ripe raspberries. The medium-bodied palate is wonderfully elegant and vibrant, with soft, fine-grained tannins, finishing long, minerally, and energetic.

Deep garnet-purple in color, the 2019 Noisette Cuvee gallops out of the glass with powerful notes of cassis, plum preserves, and kirsch giving way to suggestions of menthol, Indian spices, and Sichuan pepper. The medium to full-bodied palate coats the mouth with velvety tannins and bright, ripe fruit, finishing long with a refreshing lift.

The 2018 Noisette Cuvee is deep garnet in color. The nose is so floral, with roses and lavender followed by a core of juicy black and red cherries, redcurrant preserves, and forest floor with a waft of clove oil. The medium-bodied palate is plush and spicy, with well-knit freshness and a long mineral and spice-sparked finish.
