The 2024 Bin 51 Riesling zips out with notes of grapefruit, candle wax, and lime leaves, leading to wafts of honeysuckle, sea spray, and coriander seed. The light-bodied palate is crisp, dry, and vibrant, featuring electric citrusy flavors and a lifted finish.

The 2023 Penfolds Bin 51 Riesling features well-defined notes of waxed lemons, green apples, and fresh pears, with a waft of lime leaves. The light-bodied palate is bone dry, super-crisp, and tightly wound, with a long, citrusy finish. It will need a good 5-6 years in bottle to blossom, yet is poised to be a stunner!

Lime, minerality and orange zest. Some geranium too.
