The 2012 Finca Garbet is 100% Syrah. Deep garnet color, it offers up notes of stewed plums, blackberry preserves, tar, and star anise with gentle wafts of smoky bacon, garrigue, and unsmoked cigars. The medium to full-bodied palate has a racy backbone and grainy tannins with bright fruit and a lifted finish. Only 668 bottles were made this year.

Made from 100% Syrah, the 2019 Finca Garbet has an opaque purple-black color. Notes of black currant cordial, black cherry preserves, and wild blueberries leap from the glass with underlying hints of candied violets, anise, and lavender. The medium to full-bodied palate shimmers with electric black fruit flavors accented by pepper and spice sparks, framed by firm, grainy tannins, finishing long and savory.

The 2005 Finca Garbet is 100% Syrah. Deep garnet color with a hint of brick, it offers notes of tar, fragrant earth, and tobacco leaf, leading to a core of stewed plums and dried mulberries. The medium to full-bodied palate gives loads of savory layers with a light chewiness to the texture and a spicy lift on the finish.

The 2004 Finca Garbet is a blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Syrah. Deep garnet colored with a touch of brick in the rim, it opens with evocative scents of prunes, Morello cherries, and cigar box, followed by hints of Chinese five spice and wood smoke. The full-bodied palate delivers wonderfully fine-grained tannins and great tension to support the mature flavors, finishing long and minerally. Only 2000 bottles were made.
