The 2021 B.A. Thieriot Vineyard Chardonnay prances out with showy notes of spiced apple slices, orange blossoms, and juicy pears, giving way to notes of fresh ginger, allspice, and wet pebbles. The medium-bodied palate is laden with expressive apple and pear flavors, supported by a racy backbone and loads of mineral accents, finishing long and spicy.

Fjellbekk, hard pære og glasseple, kalkbrudd og mint. Ingen tegn til noe overmodning på druematerialet her - Rett og slett komplett harmoni mellom de fleste komponenter. Silketekstur i munn med et lekent samspill av syre. Konsentrert, ren og energisk. Ted Lemon, mine damer og herrer!
