Medium to deep ruby-purple in color, the 2021 Savoy Vineyard Pinot Noir slowly unfurls to reveal notes of pomegranate, black raspberries, and black cherries with hints of star anise, forest floor, and fragrant moss. The light to medium-bodied palate is fantastically intense and multi-layered, framed by a firm backbone of fine-grained tannins and great tension, finishing long and floral.

Fra Coravin

Rubinrød med middels fargeintensitet. Rød frukt, litt floral på nesen. Smaken gir assosiasjoner til kirsebær, plomme, umodne markjordbær. Forholdsvis høy syre, leskende, med lang finish. Kunne drukket den til and eller gås for å balansere ut fettet.

Dufter av røyk, markjordbær, kirsebær, trøffel og en sjarmerende mineralsk profil. I munnen mer rød frukt, mer trøffel. God syre, svært høy konsentrasjon og en lang og digg ettersmak
