The 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon Signature Series Guest Cottage is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Deep garnet-purple colored, it's a little oaky on the nose to begin, soon opening out to notes of blueberry pie, warm cassis, and prunes, plus touches of unsmoked cigars and iron ore with a hint of lavender. The concentrated, full-bodied palate is laden with stewed fruit flavors, supported by lightly chewy tannins, finishing earthy.

The single-varietal 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Signature Series Guest Cottage is deep garnet-purple colored. It explodes from the glass with notes of creme de cassis, plum preserves, and stewed black cherries, giving way to nuances of unsmoked cigars, licorice, tar, and crushed rocks. The concentrated, full-bodied palate is a powerhouse of fruit and exotic spices, supported by wonderfully velvety tannins and just enough freshness, finishing with epic length. This is one for the hedonists!
