The 2021 Beringer Luminus Chardonnay bursts with notes of baked apples, honeydew melon, and poached pears, plus hints of cedar chest, crème caramel, and praline. The full-bodied palate offers oak-laced apple and spicy pear layers, framed by a lively backbone and a decadently oily texture, finishing with great length.
