The 2021 Grgich Hills Estate Paris Tasting Commemorative Chardonnay is 100% Chardonnay. It features fragrant notes of fresh yellow apple, white peaches, and orange blossoms, followed by hints of beeswax, candied ginger, and struck flint. Medium-bodied, the palate is super-intense and tightly wound, with loads of minerally sparks and a very long finish.

The 2020 Chardonnay Paris Tasting Commemorative offers up enticing notes of Bosc pears, juicy peaches, and orange blossom with hints of marzipan and honeysuckle. The medium-bodied palate delivers a satiny texture and loads of elegant, understated layers with great tension and length.
