This wine is medium ruby.
On the nose it has pronounced intensity with aromas of red fruit (raspberry), black fruit (blackberry, black plum), herbal (rosemary, sage), spice (liquorice, menthol, anise), oak (cedar), maturation (stewed strawberry).
On the palate this wine is dry with high acidity, high tannins and high alcohol. With full body and pronounced flavour intensity. Flavours of black fruit (blackberry), herbal (dried herbs), spice (liquorice, anise), cooked fruit.
A long finish and suitable for bottle ageing.
Quality is good. 87 points.
