Matošević Grimalda Red – Sip27, Split

A rich and well-balanced red blend from Istria, made from Merlot, Teran. It brings together ripe dark fruit, a hint of spice, and smooth oak influence. Structured but approachable, it's a great match for grilled dishes or simply sipping slowly. It’s aging nicely into an easy red. 

Tried this at Sip27, a small and stylish bar tucked away in Split’s old town. A relaxed spot with a thoughtful wine list—perfect for discovering something local and memorable. The head Som is a wealth of knowledge and a local winemaker
