The 2023 Rabaud-Promis is 100% Semillon and is pale lemon-straw in color. It has beautifully floral notes of orange blossoms and honeysuckle, leading to a core of apple tart and honeydew melon. The palate is rich and unctuous with well-knit acidity to balance and a long fragrant finish.

The 2023 Rabaud-Promis is 100% Semillon and has 151 g/l of residual sugar and a pH of 3.77. It is pale lemon-straw in color and intense scents of lime cordial, dried pineapple, and lemon curd shoot from the nose, giving way to hints of chalk dust, coriander seed, and paraffin wax. The palate is vibrant with pure tropical and citrus fruit flavors and a taut, racy line of freshness to support, finishing long and lifted.

A blend of 80% Semillon and 20% Sauvignon Blanc, with 122 g/l of residual sugar, the 2020 Rabaud-Promis has a pale lemon-straw color. It slowly unfurls to reveal a gorgeous perfume of honeyed lemons, orange blossoms, pineapple tart, and marzipan, plus hints of nutmeg and jasmine tea. Lovely floral and citrusy layers coat the mouth with spicy and nutty accents, finishing long and fragrant.

Focused, spliced fruits, love the balance of juice and sweetness in this wine, really a lot to enjoy. It stands out in the vintage and is worth tracking down - quality and focus, with the luxurious weight of nectarine and apricot fruits against sharper greengage and lime zest, and the most perfectly bitter grilled saffron.

Inside Bordeaux

The 2018 Rabaud-Promis has a pale lemon-yellow color. It sings with citrusy notes of lime cordial and orange preserves, with hints of honeycomb and preserved ginger. Full-bodied, it is unctuous and rich, with a lively line and lots of spicy layers on the finish.

Amatør

Lys kobberfarge. Dufter av honning, blomster, fersken og aprikos. Smaken innleder med et floralt preg, med tropisk frukt, appelsin og fersken. Denne fremstår ikke veldig søt, men har en flott syre og modne toner i mellompartiet. Ettersmaken er middels lang og delikat.
