The 2024 La Demoiselle Sec from Sigalas Rabaud is a little closed to start, unfurling to offer faint notes of fresh apples and pears, plus a waft of white pepper. The light-bodied palate is crisp and delicate with a citrusy burst on the finish.

The 2023 La Demoiselle de Sigalas is a little shy to start, with subtle lemon/lime scents and a chalky undercurrent. The medium-bodied palate is refreshing and uncomplicated, with a nice pure apple and lemon-laced finish.
