High acidity on the opening, impacts the raspberry and bilberry fruits, not allowing them to build momentum. Fragrant raspberry leaf adds interest and character. Harvest from the 25th of September. Sylvie Rainaud is owner here also president of the La Rose Pauillac cooperative, which produces the estate’s wines.

Inside Bordeaux

Mørk rød på farge, helt tett. Lukt av kirsebær, plommer, mørke bær, i tillegg til tobakk, blyant og sedertre. Bra syre og finkornede tanniner. Ganske lang finish. Passet utmerket til Cote de Bouef, men kan utvilsomt ligge lenge i kjelleren.
