En forsegjort albarino som har ligget 3 år på bunnfall i ståltank før den ble tappet på flaske der den har ligget i 7 år. Druene kommer fra gamle planter.
Her er det dype dufter av urter, nøtter og kjellereple i tillegg til noen steinfrukt. Flott salt mineralitet og en friskhet som varer evig lenge. Deilig ettersmak som varer lenge!

Well made Albariño. Lean and buttery mouthfeel with medium(+) intensity. Love the maturity in this wine - 30 months on lees in steeltanks. Bottled in 2023. Lemon, herbs and a beautiful minerality. 
Today’s pairing: Modernized version of Norwegian mutton in cabbage stew … works better than expected, but this wine will be even better with white fish and butter based sauce.

This wine is deep lemon.
On the nose it has pronounced intensity with aromas of floral (blossom, elderflower, jasmine, perfume), green/yellow fruit (green apple, pear), citrus fruit (grapefruit, lemon, lime, blood orange), stone fruit (peach, nectarine), tropical fruit (kiwi, lychee, melon, passion fruit, starfruit).

On the palate this wine is dry with medium acidity and medium alcohol. With full body and pronounced flavour intensity. Flavours of floral (blossom, elderflower, jasmine), green/yellow fruit (green apple), citrus fruit (grapefruit, lemon), stone fruit (peach, nectarine), tropical fruit (passion fruit), fruit driven, fresh, maturation (orange marmalade, ginger).

A long finish and suitable for bottle ageing.
Quality is outstanding.
