It contains 100% Pinot Noir. The nose is light, porous and fruity with ripe red apples, raspberries and blood orange. The autolysis is noticeable and elegant with brioche and freshly ground coffee. It is complex and very appealing. The palate is full, porous, with a lovely mousse, and fruity and moderately acidic. The finish is long, fruity and acidic. It is beautiful now, but can easily be aged for another 10 years.
