The nose is airy, silky, porous and intensely fruity with green apples, nectarines and lemon. It is also white summer flowers and it is mineral with lime and salt. It is complex and very appealing. The palate is medium-bodied, airy, intensely fruity and very acidic. It is beautifully balanced. The finish is long and acidic. It seems very young, and although it is lovely to drink now, it can easily be aged for another 10 years. 

Chablis doesn’t get much better than this.

Expert

Strågul farge. God integrert mineralitet, gule epler, og kvalitets eik på duft. På smak, elegant balanse, solid syre, lang lengde, konsentrert, hvit fersken. Har hatt særs godt av tiden i kjelleren. 

Amatør

The color is quite dark, but it still seems fresh. The nose is fruity with yellow apples, canned plums, blood orange and lemon. It is mineral and has some hazelnuts. It is complex and appealing. The palate is medium-bodied, fruity, intensely acidic and slightly sweet. It is beautifully balanced. The finish is long and complex. It is perfectly mature now, and should be drunk within the next 3-5 years.
