It’s more a question of what this wine is not, rather than what it as. Matching all of the criterias of an extraordinary wine - including length I have not tasted before - the aromas are complex and cool, ranging from raspberries to melon. I have no idea the effect of it being a magnum, but If I ever find this again it’s almost worth the price no matter the price.

2008 Louis Roederer Champagne Cristal Brut Rosé er den perfekte rosé. Delikat, frisk og balansert. Intens og harmonisk i en sjelden kombinasjon (99+)

Delikat, men noe pregløs - jordbærskum - pinot noir druene blir noe overkjørt (90)

Betydelig mindre syrefrisk enn 08 og 12. Rund og «bløt» med power. Pen dypde i frukten. Kunne hatt mer livlig mousse (95) ///  '02 og '12 ved siden av hverandre - 02 ramlet noe sammen i glasset, mens 12 dro på med luft - meget elegant og spenstig tolver mot 02s rikere og mer jordbærdrevne stil (94)
