Dufter av grønne epler, limeskall, smørrete gjærbakst, moden sitrusfrukt. Herlig elektrisk syrlighet og god lengde. Herlig bdb!

Toast, brioche, salt, butter, apple, peach, lemon, ripe lemon, orange, grapefruit, walnut, stone, minerals, chalk, lemon zest, lime, mint, honey, apricot, vanilla, acacia, cream and pear. It’s a quite slim and mineral driven blanc de blancs, nice acidity with a toasty and nutty backgrund in the middle. It’s has a great picture of citrus and apple with the lime armoas on top during the tasting experience. Ok balnace, not to consentrated, but as a nice summer drink or aperitif it works perfect.
