WSET 1

It contains 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay. The nose is airy, porous, very elegant and intensely fruity with green and red apples and lemon. It is mineral, and the autolysis is clean and elegant with brioche, espresso coffee and black tea. It is complex and incredibly appealing. 

The palate is very concentrated, but at the same time airy, porous and with a fantastic mousse. It is fruity and acidic in fine balance, and is complex and elegant. The finish is very long and acidic.

It is lovely to drink now, but seems young and can be aged for at least another 10 years.

Expert

Nydelig flaske, frisk, dyp, ekspressiv og lang. Moden men vital. Dufter av modne aprikoser, kjeks og bringebær-bruspulver samt bakte sitroner. Perfekt balanse og lekker mousse. Bra syrefrisk.  2006 er drikk nå, det bekreftes. Kan ligge, men blir nok ikke bedre.
