Mye grilla frukt på nesa, sitron, fersken, og eple, litt sånn i opptakten til å føles moden. Også et fint preg av friske bringebær, noe mineraler og hvite blomster. Frisk syrlighet og fin balanse. Rolig og behagelig mousse, har nok sett sine hissigere dager. Får et lite tropisk preg med mye luft (dag 2), og er for min del best på dag 1. Fin konsentrasjon i midtpartiet, men visner dessverre litt i utgangen. Uansett en fin champagne. 90p

Amatør

This champagne is a deep golden color hints of red. The mousse is reserved and delicate. On the nose it offers  a complex and mature profile with ripe sitrus, yellow fruit and hints of raspberry. On the palate, it has a rich style with flavors of baked apple, ripe mango, cinnamon and brioche, with a long and elegant finish.
