Fin farge, fin munnfølelse med god+ syre og behagelig floralt preg, hint av gjærbakst og hvete.

Det er en friskt og sitrus boble med gode fine bobler med høyt konsentrasjon og litt gjør og bakst. Høyt syre og veldig fruktig. Passer fint til aperitif og er Rimelig og veldig godt. Anbefales for de som bare drikker prosecco og cava.

Pale lemon. Nice and elegant bubbles. Smells of lemons, lime, brioche, some minerals and loads of salty sea aromas. Tastes of lemons, lime, salt and sea flavours. Loads of minerals. Creamy and fresh texture.

This wine is dry with a high and really refreshing acidity which elevates the wine. Cool mouthfeel .The body is light and elegant. Medium flavour intensity, with a great balance between sweetness and acidity. Fairly simple though really well made with loads of freshness. Medium long finish.
