Superb Chianti. Deep ruby in color. Medium+ intensity and length. Well balanced - smooth and well integrated tannins and acidity. 

Today’s pairing: Tuscan ragu with homemade pappardelle. What grows together goes together. A combo I alway come back to. Have to add more bottles to the cellar.
