En aldeles nydelig flott NV med like tredjedeler av de tre hoved druene i Champagne. Gjennomført elegant med en deilig balanse og friskhet. Flott fylde, herlig mousse og en veldig god munnfølelse. Dette er bra  dette er bedre enn de fleste andre NV🙏

Apple, pear, grapefruit, toast, honey, nutty, lemon, minerals, almond, red currant, raspberry, lime, mint, cinnamon, brioche, oak, vanilla, grass, green pineapple, licorice, apricot, and melon. So this is the Baby Bérêche with the 2018 base wine. It’s still very young with lots of green and sometimes a bit sharp flavors. Dont get me wrong, this is a super wine! Lots of potential to age and very fun to have a taste of this now, so we can see how it develops in the future. Great opportunity!
