klar, frisk og klassisk i uttrykket med frisk sitrus, østersskall og gule epler. Frisk på ankomst med god frukt og lang avslutning. Strålende vin som viser seg godt nå, men vil bli bedre med lagring fire til ti år.

Smells of lemon, struck flint and oyster shell, textbook Chablis. Very young, but exhibits nice, slender notes of citrus and honey. Long, sapid finish with fresh acidity. Needs age, but shows great potential.

Trenger et par timer i karaffel for å løsne opp litt.
Deilig på duft med florale toner, sitrus, fruktsten og hint av noe krydderier.
Pen fylde i teksturen - fløyel munnfølelse i inngangen.
Strammer seg opp noe utover.
Deilig saftig  frukt med god modning på smak.
Medium+ konsentrasjon og det er bra med syre her.
Kunne likevel hatt hakket mer spenst.
Lang steinete finish med masse frukt.
Dette er ganske så digg å drikke nå, men tydelig ung vin som har godt av å ligge noen år.

I managed to guess 2016 Chablis 1er Cru La Forest by Vincent Dauvissat as 2016 Chassagne 1er Cru due to its slim, reductive, and focused structure.⁠

Lesson earned, it was a lousy guess as those are vastly different. It had lovely reductive mineral freshness with flinty, cardamom seeds, and spaced citrus oils.⁠

The structure was different too as there was no oak to speak of with lean and crisp focus, and ripe flavor mostly led by green apple and citrus oils with mineral and flinty freshness. 93+⁠

Fine wine advisor

14 Dauvissat drikker fabelaktig. Denne er intet unntak, sjøsprøyt, sitron cest, ananas juice. Fyldig anslag, frisk gul frukt, balanseres av en høy syre og batteri mineralitet. Viser ikke kompleksiteten som ofte kommer med lagring, men dette er plush juice.
