Kirsebær og mykje eik. Litt høg alkohol, men veldig bra syre

Deep garnet though a ever so slight hint of blue in colour. Smells of blueberries, some blackberry, wild strawberries, liquorice, light oak, light hay and horse smell coming through. Some animalistic tones too. Tastes of blueberries, blackberry, some oak and spices, animalistic tones and a hint of milk chocolate and vanilla. 

This wine is dry with a medium+ acidity. Notable tannin though very well integrated, though a bit too youthful at the moment. Medium alcohol and a full body. Medium flavour intensity. Good balance, very smooth and well made. Good complexity, dark fruit with light oak which blends very well together here. Long.

Kirsebær, bjørnebær, lær, tørkede urter, eik og røyk på nese. God friskhet, konsentrasjon og fylde - en vin som er i balanse. Jeg har smakt mange av Vinory sine Barbera-cuveer tidligere, men som oftest unge. Etter 6 år ser vi her en vin som har harmonisert og integrert eik på en veldig bra måte. Dette er en vin som er like god til kos som til mat, og viser at Barbera kan bli riktig flott med noen år på baken.
