Stone, cream, Citrus, chalk, butter, lemon, lime, green apple, pear, grapefruit, almond, marzipan, kiwi, straw, sea, salt, lemon zest, smoke, brioche, caramel, toast, cheese, mint and pineapple. A fantastic precise blanc de blancs. We opened this of course many years too early, it should probably have gotten 10 more years in the cellar at least. But after airing out som initial reductivety it opened really nice and became a wonderful balanced, concentrated and well put together perstige Champagne.

Modne gule epler, sjø, rå Champignon, fin kremete mousse, høy dosage, høy konsentrasjon, medium syre, savner litt nerve og syre, deilig aromatisk, men litt rik og slapp, tror faktisk dette blir bra med 10-20 år til. 91-94p
