The nose is fruity and incredibly elegant. There are green apples and cantaloupe. The palate is full-bodied, but at the same time elegant, intensely fruity and with perfectly balancing acidity. The finish is long and quite complex. It is a brilliant wine that pairs well with Norwegian crayfish with olive-oil and physalis. This is among the best American Chardonnay’s. 94 points.
