Moden gul frukt og hvit steinfrukt på smak. Intens, derimot noe ubalansert. Høy syre, ok konsentrasjon.

Nyfødt barnebarn (Edel) feiret med edle dråper :-) 

Duft av bakt sitron, modent eple, marsipan, bakst og hint av eksotisk krydder. Flott konsentrasjon og en spenstig syre som virkelig får fart på kjakene. En helt fantastisk lengde. Intens, livlig og virker fortsatt ganske ung. For en glad amatør var dette bortimot as good as it gets. 96+

I've had 2 of these before, and they've both been disappointing. I was therefore excited about this, which was also the first from my own cellar. The nose has quite ripe fruit with yellow apples, peaches, apricots and mandarins. There are also cloves, marzipan, almonds and honey. The autolysis is clean and very elegant. There is bread dough and toast. The smell is complex and very appealing. The palate is velvety, fruity and with a nice balancing acidity. The finish is very long, acidic and complex. This is the best RD I have had, and it was an absolutely brilliant wine. 96 points. /// The nose is fruity with ripe yellow apples, cloudberries, piel de sapo, and citrus with mandarins. The autolysis is clean and elegant with bread dough. The palate is soft, fruity with ripe yellow fruit, quite full-bodied, acidic and nicely balanced. The finish is long fruity and acidic. It is a beautiful Champagne that is perfectly mature now, and it will stay at this level for another 5 years. 95 points.
